🎓 Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University with post-specific experience. Consultant (Administration): minimum 5 years' experience in Administration, Establishment, Personnel Management, Recruitment, Service Matters, Vigilance, Parliamentary Matters, Record Management and General Administration, along with working knowledge of CCS Rules, Leave Rules, Conduct Rules, Pension Rules and office procedures. Consultant (Finance): minimum 5 years' experience in Finance, Budget, Accounts, Audit, Procurement and Financial Management, with thorough knowledge of GFR, DFPR, Government Accounting Procedures, Procurement Rules, GeM and PFMS. Retired officers from Central Government, State Government, Autonomous Bodies or PSUs only.
