For Associate Professor: at least 8 years of teaching and/or research experience equivalent to Assistant Professor, minimum 7 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals, and Academic/Research Score of 75 as per UGC Regulations 2018. For Professor: an eminent scholar with PhD, at least 10 years of teaching/research experience, minimum 10 publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals, and Academic/Research Score of 120 as per UGC Regulations 2018. Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade is required where applicable; 5% relaxation to 50% for candidates who obtained the postgraduate degree before 19 September 1991, as per UGC norms. 📍 Jammu & Kashmir
